☀️ This is a dry inflatable (no water may be used on this inflatable).
📏 The inflatable is 20' x 10' x 10' (L x W x H) in size. It requires an empty area of at least 26' x 16' x 25' (L x W x H) to operate safely. Please ensure the space in your yard is away from fences and not directly under trees, power lines, or any other overhead hazards. We cannot set up in unsafe spaces.

⛈️ Bad Weather Policy:
In the unfortunate event of rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or any other hazardous weather, parties may need to be canceled. At the beginning of each week, we monitor the forecast for every scheduled event day and continue to watch for changes throughout the week. If we determine that we cannot set up safely for your event, we will notify you no later than the day before your party. At that point, we will work with you to either reschedule your event or issue a refund for any amount paid upfront (including the deposit).
If you (the customer) decide at any point to cancel or reschedule due to bad weather, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you. We offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund (including the deposit). If the inflatable you originally ordered is not available on your rescheduled date, we will provide the closest comparable inflatable available—either at no additional cost (if the replacement is more expensive) or at a 10% discount (if the replacement is equal to or less expensive than the originally ordered inflatable).
