Can You Leave a Bounce House Outside?

Can You Leave a Bounce House Outside?

The answer: Yes.

Bounce houses can spend a prolonged period outside when a customer rents the inflatable overnight or for two or more days. Commercial bounce houses are very durable. The construction material of the bounce house won’t be damaged if it spends a few days outside. This, of course, is only the case in ideal weather conditions. While rain won’t hurt the vinyl, hail, or other sever weather, can.

 Exceptions

On the other hand, the blowers cannot get wet. Not only can wetness damage or destroy the blower, but it may also cause harm to anyone around the blower due to electrical shock. It is not recommended to leave a blower outside overnight even if the weather is good.

Recommendation

If you rent a bounce house for multiple days at a time, it is wise to cover the bounce house each night with a tarp. It is also recommended to move the blower and any extension cords inside to a dry place.
