How We Handle Bad Weather
In the unfortunate event of rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or any other hazardous weather, inflatable rentals may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We monitor the weather daily to catch any potential issues as early as possible. If we see bad weather forecasted for the day of your event, we will reach out to discuss a potential rain date (if possible for your party) as early as possible.
If you decide the weather is unsuitable for your party, you are welcome to reschedule or cancel your rental at any point at no cost to you. If the decision to cancel is left to us, we will wait until the evening before your party to make the call to cancel the rental.
If you reschedule your event and the bounce house in your original order is not available on the new date, we will offer the closest comparable bounce house at the originally quoted price or, if the replacement bounce house is cheaper, we will reduce the price accordingly.
