How We Handle Bad Weather ⛈️
In the unfortunate event of rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or any other hazardous weather, parties may need to be canceled. If we determine that we cannot set up safely for your event, we will notify you no later than the day before your party. At that point, we will work with you to either reschedule your event or issue a refund for any amount paid upfront (including the deposit).
If the inflatable you originally ordered is not available on your rescheduled date, we will provide the closest comparable inflatable available—either at no additional cost (if the replacement is more expensive) or at a 10% discount (if the replacement is equal to or less expensive than the originally ordered inflatable).
